Odessa Cozzolino



Odessa believes that consulting can provide value without creating codependency. Odessa has started and sold a number of businesses, starting with an organic cleaning company that she started at the age of 19. Odessa has built a wealth of knowledge, particularly in business development, marketing and sales, digital strategy, and project portfolio management.

Odessa built the My Body Gallery (MBG) web properties from the ground up. She recently executed a responsive redesign and re-architecture of the MBG technology platform to optimize the mobile user experience. At present, the sites receive approximately 3.5 Million global monthly page views, promoting healthy body image for women and men. My Body Gallery has been covered by Jezebel, Good Morning America, Yahoo!, and Vogue, among other media outlets.

Odessa applies her business acumen to help clients identify and capture strategic opportunities and efficiencies. Her experiences in traditional and digital media give her a fresh perspective. She designs holistic people, process, and technology solutions.

Odessa is also an award winning photographer who has had her work shown in galleries and museums. Odessa was the primary photographer for the Michael J. Fox Foundation’s think/able national campaign.


Matt Leathers

Senior Consultant


Matt and his teams deliver. With a personal credo of “Never tell me the odds”, he has worked with his clients to successfully take on difficult, intractable business and technology challenges. Matt has built a reputation as a leader that cares deeply about his clients and his colleagues.

Matt has over fifteen years of consulting and industry experience, working for some of the leading consulting firms in the world. These work experiences helped shape him, but they do not define him. His approach to consulting is pragmatic and practical. He rolls up his sleeves. He spends most of his time on his feet, working with teams, talking, listening, and coaching.

Matt has worked with some of the best companies in the world, helping them change and transform. Across client industries and problems, Matt has developed systems and toolkits to quickly assess an organization so that they can focus on establishing their goals and achieving them.

During his career, Matt has written perspectives on Agile software development, mobile payments, IT Service Catalogues, Service Level Management, and Configuration Management. He is a credited Reviewer of the IT Infrastructure (ITIL) V3 Service Strategy volume and has worked with some of the best minds in the business on these subjects.


Rika Nakazawa

Senior Director

Rika grew up in a cultural melting pot in Tokyo, attending the International School of the Sacred Heart where her classmates were children of diplomats and expats from all around the world.  This, along with her parents being Japanese and German, drove her to pursue a career in global partnerships, business development and applied innovation exchange.


She is a Principal at Kettle, working with internal teams and clients to fully harness the digital transformation agenda.  She is also the CEO and Founder of BoardSeatMeet, Inc. an NPO focusing on gender-balancing corporate board rooms by empowering women to build and leverage social capital with modern technology - essentially delivering the “High-Performance Board Room of Tomorrow”. 


Trilingual in Japanese, German and English, Rika immigrated to the U.S to attend Princeton University.  Rika has since worked internationally over two decades in senior executive roles in strategy, business development, and marketing with Fortune 500 companies - NVIDIA, Sony, Accenture, American Express- and Silicon Valley startups.   She is a technology industry veteran and serves on Advisory Boards to ventures in Next-gen Computing (VR/AR/MR) and Artificial Intelligence ecosystems.  


Throughout her career Rika has been an avid advocate for advancing women's leadership in technology and business across industry verticals and global lines.  Rika is also the only woman on the Dean's Council for Embry-Riddle Aeronautics University, where she addresses the matter of gender parity in STEM Higher Education. Rika is passionate about deepening intersection of the human, the digital, and the physical through the challenge of practical innovation and the reward of purpose-driven collaboration.


Karen Zamd

Project Manager


Karen delivers core operational improvement and transformation projects for her clients. Karen has over ten years of experience in project management and leadership, focusing on non-profit, educational, and travel industries. Karen spent a significant amount of time in South America, including her native Mexico. Operating as an independent entrepreneur after college, Karen completed the Inca Trail 13 times.

Karen started managing projects for non-profit organizations by implementing strategic plans for capacity and revenue growth. Karen prides herself on building client relationships that endure individual projects. Karen identifies organizational immunities to change and applies mitigating strategies to anticipate risk.

Recently, Karen designed and executed a strategic transformation plan with the board of trustees at a private college. Karen’s creatively utilized real estate assets to grow event driven revenue by 300% in under a year. Karen partnered with a local school district to complete projects that previously languished without a common vision.

Karen is trained in Lean Management and Six Sigma process engineering. She has studied IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 proven practices.


Amanda Torrisi


Amanda coordinates business processes and technology transformation projects for clients. Experienced in procurement and project management, she helps clients select the right tools and technology for their needs. Amanda has worked with both business and technology stakeholders, including Client leadership and individual contributors, to gather key performance metrics and define requirements as a means to drive maturity improvement and business transformation. Amanda is currently working on helping small businesses with their cybersecurity resilience programs.


Roger Machado-Fournier

Chief of Staff

Roger works to support Kettle in all aspects of sales, marketing, research, and Customer Experience.  With over 20 years of management, marketing, sales and CEM experience, he enjoys all that he brings to the team. 


Roger is from the East Bay of Rhode Island and is the Producer and Artistic Director of the highly successful Janice MacDonald's Studio Theatre Company.  He has produced and directed over 30 full scale productions in the past 10 years. Roger has worked for several large companies, including Disney, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Flight Centre Worldwide, and Citizens Bank.
